I was at my local Target in Stroudsburg PA today, and they had Huggies Little Swimmers and Pampers Splashers swim pants on sale for $2.99. They were on an end cap behind the diapers. All sizes were on sale, I got the size Large 17 count packs. This didn't say clearance, it said limited price break, good until 8/4.
