I've been looking for a new tv tuner for a new HTPC that I'm building for my mom and I didn't get in on the Hauppauge 1250 hybrid tuner deal before. But I did go out and buy that tuner to test it out in my new Windows XP MCE HTPC and I couldn't get it to work correctly, except for the NTSC tuner and the quality was only alright, so I looked in the Fry's ad today to see if there was anything better and cheaper, and I came across the KWO...
